Australian Consumer Law (ACL) & Consumer guarantees
Goods supplied by Freshmember are covered by the ACL. Consumers have guarantees including acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with description. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns for faulty goods under ACL. For change of mind returns we offer them at our discretion and subject to return condition and restocking. Please contact us for a return authorisation.
